Limits for 2010 are:

Team Relay - 60 Teams
Marathon - 400
Half-Marathon -400

Participants are eligible on a "first come" basis. Registrations received once limits have been reached will be placed on a waiting list, and will be given 48 hours in which to accept their entry, should a position become available. Waiting list registrants will be required to make payment by cash or credit card within 48 hours of notification.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Prior to May 1, 2010 we will refund 50% of the total race fee. After May 1st, ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Note: ALL REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN JUNE AFTER THE MARATHON. REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE MAILED TO THE ADDRESS USED AT REGISTRATION.

RESTRICTIONS
1. All participants must sign a waiver before they receive their bib.

2. For safety reasons, the race is only limited to registered runners. Bikes, strollers, in-line skates and elite pacing are prohibited. Failure to comply may lead to disqualification.

3. Participants under the age of 19 must provide a letter of authorization from their parent or legal guardian along with their entry form signed by both the participant and the parent/ legal guardian.
